Order Processing

All orders require processing and fulfillment before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information submitted at checkout.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Please understand that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Tracking

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information once it has been provided.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Alize Luxury Extensions is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact Alize Luxury Extensions for assistance.

We will do our best to assist with locating your shipment; however, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Single-Item Orders

Individual bundles, closures, and frontals are subject to our Single-Item Order Policy and may require special pricing.

Customers purchasing only one hair item must contact Alize Luxury Extensions before placing their order. Unapproved single-item orders may be canceled and refunded.
